Terms of service
1. General provisions
These terms govern the use of services offered by My Harmony Place studio operated by Alicja Sieracka. Booking a class constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. Bookings and cancellations
Bookings can be made online at myharmonyplace.pl. Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the class starts. Later cancellations or no-shows result in the session being deducted from your pass.
3. Passes and payments
Passes are personal and non-transferable. Prices are in Polish Zloty (PLN) inclusive of VAT. Payments are processed by Przelewy24. Passes are non-refundable once activated.
4. Health and safety
Participants confirm their health allows them to exercise. When in doubt, consult a doctor first. The studio is not liable for injuries resulting from undisclosed health conditions.
