We collect data necessary to provide services: first name, last name, email address, phone number, and data related to bookings and passes.
3. Cookies and Google Analytics
The website uses essential cookies (session, authentication). With your consent, we use Google Analytics (analytics) to analyze website traffic. Google Analytics collects anonymous data with IP anonymization. Analytics data is not collected without your consent — you can withdraw it at any time by clearing your browser cookies.
4. Legal basis
We process data on the basis of: (a) contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), (b) user consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — for marketing communications and analytics cookies, (c) legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. Email and SMS communication
As part of contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) we send messages necessary to manage your account and bookings: registration confirmations, verification links, booking confirmations, class reminders (24 h before), class cancellation notices, purchase confirmations, pass expiry warnings, and waitlist notifications. Marketing messages (offers, promotions, newsletter) are sent only with your explicit consent given during registration or in your account settings. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting kontakt@myharmonyplace.pl.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, and port your data, as well as to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
